“Welcome to Vilankulos & the Bazaruto Archipelago, a remote and incredible year-round fisheries & one of World’s best Giant Black Marlin fishing destinations. With 18 years’ experience in the area our knowledgeable crew invites you to step aboard one of our fully rigged sport fisher, for a fishing experience of a lifetime. We have continuously been Mozambique´s top billfish charter boat and have caught more (1000 pound plus) Grander Black Marlin than any other crew in Africa. Blue and Striped marlin are found out wide and the by-catch of other species such as sailfish, wahoo, Yellowfin tuna, dorado, cuda, Kingfish and other’s makes this an extremely versatile and exciting destination. We cater for experienced and novice anglers alike and, be it heavy tackle Marlin Fishing, light tackle conventional trolling, popping for Gt´s and other species, jigging, spinning and Fly-Fishing, the Archipelago offers prodigious year-round fishing.

Hi – I am looking to book a 2 day billfish trip for myself only. Please advise the best months as to when fishing Marlin and Sailfish is at its best, as well as during the dry season. My thinking is that October and November are ideal. I have not been to the continent and as for experience, I have only hooked on sailfish in the Yucatan last year while seeking Marlin. I am ONLY interested in billfish.
Regards,
Edward
