Bazaruto Waters are Cleared Up – Good to Go Again

Bazaruto Waters are Cleared Up – Good to Go Again :It’s been a crazy few days and if you live anywhere on the East coast of SA or Mozambique you know what I am talking about.

Absolutely insane cold pressure system that I watched on satellite coming all the way from Cape Town until it hit us right before the weekend.

Along the way it made for some headlines with some implausible massive snow in SA.

WTF!!!

It’s late September absolutely mind-blowing to have this but all we hoped for is that it churned it real nice out there and now as it settles we get beautiful blue water.

Luckily our clients for the past few days had asked if they could postpone for November and seeing we still had some available dates on IBO I said yes and thus we did not have clients waiting for this to go through.

However, our next group arrives today and we start again tomorrow… and all the way until the trip to the GBR in two weeks!

But we did have the family visit over the weekend and wind, rain or hail we had a lot of fun!!!

Mummy arranged a nice freeby on the chopper so the boys arrived in style!!!!

Then of course we had to get a dhow and go Lula fishing which was magic as usual!!!

Tools of the trade…

Besides some excellent Lula fishing on the dhow, we did not stop and enjoyed some rather trying (for the madala) football games with the local kids, diving, cycling, boating, knee boarding, tubing, snorkeling & round and round the water slide and of course annihilating the delicious buffets!

Pool training diving session with Instructor Mummy!!!

Dario woke up yesterday praying for cyclone winds, 20ft waves, lightning and hail so that the transfer boat could not go 😉

It did not happen and the family did leave but it’s easing down and time to get back on the water, starting tomorrow and full on until the GBR trip…

Bring it on…
